As the TV home shopping landscape is becoming more saturated in South Korea, Lotte Homeshopping leads a massive effort to integrate and create synergy across its broader brand expressions to differentiate from its competitors.

 

Lotte Homeshopping operates in channels like live show broadcast, mobile live-streams, online shopping, mobile shopping app, and catalog.

 

The objective is to present a unified Lotte Homeshopping experience. Designed with flexibility in mind, the brand identity, and design system work across different channels within the constraints of the corporate standards. 

 

The first step in streamlining the TV user interface and information architecture is setting out a clear set of UI principles. The guiding design principles extend to digital touch-points like websites and mobile apps.

 

Beyond the screen, each aspect from the recording studios, corporate applications, and the delivery process are all part of a comprehensive design system.
