GS25 wants to refresh the brand to stay ahead of its competitors. The last brand identity update was in 2005. The vast network of convenience stores is breaking away from traditional services. It aims to position itself as a future-oriented integrated service provider that reflects the changing lifestyle trends in the country.
The most visible part of the retail experience is the store facade. The design translates visibility into foot traffic. The store signage system works across various store formats, locations, and different times of the day.
The interior and design system comes alive when customers step into the store, making the experience a warm and engaging one.
Since reinvigorating the GS25 brand and updating the store design, it has overtaken rival CU by the number of stores and per-store revenue to become the number 1 convenience store.
